I had burnt my hand earlier with another interior designer cum contractor but thanks to google I had an excellent association with a company for my apartment makeover. Best part with this company is when I opted for their interior designing services by signing a contract they I feel is the only company to request the client to visit their vendors to get a first hand experience of the materials they will be providing for the project. I got to select laminates, bathroom fittings, tiles for the floor and bathroom walls, counter top nano slab and thanks to them they had made the process smoother for me through their recommendations.
Only thing I didn’t like about the company is they had taken 12 more days from the scheduled date as per contract.
But keeping that aside if anybody is looking for a true architect or interior designer they provide the best quality within a budget cap.

Well experienced with knowledge about latest trends, completed before time and most important value for money as they had used materials which are branded and within my budget as I got quotation from other interior contractors at almost 50% higher or so low that I couldn’t able to trust them.

We had an excellent experience to have Estate Lookup Interiors to do entire interior designing and then decoration of our 4 bedroom house. We contacted them during our construction phase luckily where they came to our building site and identified few things that needs to be checked as little we knew they are also a noted name in construction industry. Based on their recommendation we have got our building walls waterproofed, terrace waterproofing with heat treatment, concrete jali and stone cladding as building elevation, flooring and then the rest furnitures, false ceiling , painting etc. Upon request of the team to rate them I would give them 9 out of 10 as really the company helped me get what me and my family wanted.

As I stay in Leeds, U.K. I had contacted lots of companies in Bengal for my Villa interiors located at Newtown. This is when I got in touch with Estate Lookup Interiors who helped me elaborate my requirements over phone and Zoom meetings . Later my father who stays in Kolkata was in communication with Mr. Ray. To get started the company explained in a crystal way about what should be the budget and what I will get for it. Like they informed me about the various materials that assures quality. Secondly they understood how I wanted my property to be aesthetically. The prices compared to other interior designers or contractors are pretty fair .
The Villa interior is a pleasing showcase and as I visit India during December for 3 months, this is the place we enjoy living. Recommend them to one of my cousin and even they liked the services very much.
